I had an amazing time at Hard Rock Cancun! The ambiance and entertainment were fantastic, and the staff was absolutely wonderful, making my trip even more special. However, there were a couple of hiccups with my room service orders and some inconsistent service at the bar, which dampened the experience a bit. Overall, though, I can't wait to return!
